Seems to be okay so far. Definitely need getting used to. Intensity is a less than body weight hang for me. So around 40-50% of your max. Lets say your max is body weight. You want to take off roughly 50% weight with your feet. And the volume is around 10 mins so not too much. Around 200s TUT

It's only been a week and I've made a new PR holding my bodyweight (66kg) on the beastmaker 23mm. The adaptations are likely neurological, but I tested this edge about a month ago and needed around 12.5-15kg assistance. I think it's likely related to neurological engagement. My previous PR is 63kg one arm hang.
