Has anyone ever switched to a flip phone? Obviously if you are here you have been unsuccessful but… just wondering

There are flip phones that run android and there is a Farcaster web client (and iPad support). So being here doesn’t necessarily negate having a flip phone. Still I doubt it is very popular in this crowd. Maybe some foldable (like Moto Razr and Samsung Z Flip)

I think that’s super healthy. I’ve been trying to be less online as much as possible. A few things I’ve tried that are helping so far: - turned off all notifications, app badges, and remove Home Screen icons for social apps (have to search for them) - created a set hour every day where all the social apps on my phone lock, also marked on my calendar with a 5 minute alert before it starts - turn my phone monochromatic so that if I do open feed based apps, they’re way less interesting (reduces the dopamine hit) - lots of hobbies - a rule that I don’t use my phone when I’m with friends, except for coordinating plans via text, show tickets, Apple Pay etc
