Can anyone tell me, about how long it should take to sync from scratch? And if there is anyone hosting an up to date store that I could import?

No more store to sync. Your store is now proof of your rewards, and nobody should give to you or vice versa. Essentially with the latest update you're always in sync, just earning less until your difficulty is calibrated.
