i went to an online meditation retreat this weekend. enlightenment intensive is the modality. we worked with self inquiry dyads, all day long. very intense practice. think of it as a meditation practice, but the object of meditation is the eyes of the partner you have in front of you, and the truthfulness of what is arising in your own experience. each session lasts for 40 minutes, where you take turns to ask your partner their question for the retreat. mine was โtell me who you areโ. we were 62 people, so i met all sorts of amazing stories and realities in front of me. it was pretty amazing. im more in awe towards the kaleidoscope of experiences that are running around the world as humans. i feel grateful for the way i have been opening doors and finding ways to deepen my practice of learning how to relate to life with my awareness anchored on the present moment. not sure about the next steps for me though. im taking a step back to look at where im at, and relating to that process with equanimity
