whoa! is it convincing as "bread"? I've tried so many variations... created some that I liked, but never achieved the ultimate goal. I'm interested in the recipe if you're willing to share!

It is actually really really close to the real deal...BUT I used Vital wheat gluten..( many people don't like gluten) Let me write down the recipe, before I forget what I did. I'll share it ASAP
