pretty interesting to see normies looking for alternatives to metaās social apps and maybe even starting to grasp the value of decentralizationā¦ yet somehow still hating crypto enough to sidestep FC/lens entirely in favour of apps like bluesky. I wonder if thereās any way to welcome these types of users or whether their left/right bias is too strong to remain open-minded.

babes have to want to learn. they will exhaust the familiar options with time. we must build tools and culture to welcome them in the mean time
