I believe there is already a feature where a cast with a Paragraph link appears as a comment for the article on Paragraph. Can such a cast be automatically eligible for a referral (versus a Farcaster user explicitly adding a wallet address in the link while authoring the cast)?

That would be entirely on Warpcast or the specific Farcaster client to implement. If I share a Paragraph URL right now on Farcaster then there is nothing linking my wallet address to that Paragraph URL; so when a user clicks on it, Paragraph won't be able to tell who did the referral

Do you have a link to the posts that did and didn't get published? We were having issues with the boy for a ~2 week period a little while ago, so that could have caused it to not get posted
