Put in some speed work this morning for the half marathon coming up! 1 mile warm up repeat 3 times: • 8 mins @ 10K pace • 3 min walk/jog • 4 mins @ 5K pace • 2 min walk/jog • 2 mins @ Mile pace • 2 min walk/jog 1 mile cooldown Oh and stopped to smell a flower🤩 Total: 9.1 miles @ 8:50 🏃🏾
