this is hard! any idea what ELO level this is?

Took me a while.. here's my thought process:
1. I assume we’re looking for a draw - no material
2. black king has 1 square available to escape - e6 (and leads to mate for white with the queen and rook).
3. The last thing is that our king literally has no escape squares and so that made me look for stalemates.

can such puzzles be built within frames here for an actual playable puzzle without leaving farcaster itself?
