Finally took care of the slow loads on GitCast.dev by building my own data pipeline using Cloudflare Worker Queues and a D1 database. 

Overkill for a side project? Perhaps, but I also learned a ton, and that alone makes the time worth it in my book.

Yup! Full Cloudflare stack. Probably not the most optimized but seems to be working well so far and not hitting any heavy usage.

excited to go through this! i did my first cloudflare worker + D1 project last week and was mesmerized by the dev UX, especially compared to serverless framework itself
