On a scale of 1 to 10, how intimidating is this self-hosting tutorial to you?

We don’t expect everyone to self-host, but we want it to seem possible. We also hope people offer hosting too :)

fwiw, i strongly dislike cli-based deployments (favor a git deployment flow). you might consider also offering a "Deploy on Railway" button, this seems like an ideal candidate
