Show your process. Highlight insights that drove decisions. Show you understand audience needs and business goals. Link to live work if possible. my 2 cents: standing out from others both from a content and concept perspective; it also depends whom is your target client or corporate; legit to hype stuff a bit but keep it real because you need to do what you say at the end.

it being online lol think about who it's for, what's "good" for you?, select and showcase the projects that you'd like to have more of depends on what kind of job you're looking for too, if it's aimed towards bigger companies - recruiters won't care about your process etc.
