How to claim and move foward when getting a Builder Grant! First of all, congrats to @chancey-project @afrochicks and @crezno for the top three! A step by step guide including next steps. 1. Go to tip.hunt.town and connect with your wallet. Claim you Mini Hunt Buildings. 2. After claiming you have two options, liquidate your Mini Hunt buildings or keep them to clap for season 8. Liquidating means you get 95% of the value of Mini Hunt Building in $HUNT which can be swapped on Uniswap. Keeping the Buildings means, you will have a daily allowance to clap for other hunters and will get $HUNT as reward end of the season 8. (Currently about 11% monthly yield) 3. If you want to liquidate your Mini Hunt Building, go to https://mint.club and search for Mini Hunt Building. You can burn it there for $HUNT 4. If you want to keep your Mini Hunt Building, use Warpcast as always and tip your favorite content creators. Use a number and the sign $hunt when replying to clap. ex) I like your video 3000 $hunt

In general if you need the money asap, you should liquidate the Mini Hunt buildings and swap into $HUNT -> USDC or -> ETH to use it directly. As 5% of the amount are going to be burned when liquidating Mini Hunt Buildings, you should consider to keep them and participate in the Hunt Economy while clapping for other hunters, as the current clapping APR is about 130%, which means that after one month you could still liquidate your Hunt Mini Buildings but with a win of about 5% of $HUNT tokens. Still you have to consider that the price of $HUNT is volatile ranging from 0.2-0.45 USD. As we are currently in the middle in a range of 0.35 and I am personally still believe that we have an ALT season coming I am stacking everything back into Hunt Mini Buildings. (NFA!!)
