if you were @dwr.eth — how would you grow farcaster DAUs?

you have:
- money in the bank
- a team of stacked engineers
- really nice flowy hair
- a strong personal network

Activate new users faster. 

I originally churned because I didn’t find my people and didn’t see engagement. I imagine a lot of new users are experiencing this. 

I came back because @vm peer pressured me to commit. I casted daily for i think a month and eventually found great discussions and community.

Twitter a different game than Facebook / Instagram in terms of new user activation. 

Most people lurk so networks not based on immediate friend group extremely hard to activate avg. person (who isn't wired to play an online public status game like Twitter).

Contact book upload unlikely be well-received at this stage.

Are there alternatives to help the lurker or active caster find magic faster?
