All three for me. Regarding 1 & 2, it's really hard to discover what *real people* are doing and building in the space, because there's so much spam / manipulation.

One way: event participation is one good way 😉 Another way: anyone that's not a bot, farmer, spam, etc. The best way: people who have some social presence + activity on-chain. Not the "bought a few coins two years ago" but don't do anything else crowd. Maybe the membership list of the 100 most active communities?
