So for the sake of your grassroots, small dollar supporters, what is your product roadmap?

Show your skin in the game. 
Give people a reason to have confidence in your vision. A failure to plan is planning to fail. 

Doesn’t matter if it’s a year, five years, twenty years. Just commit to something substantive. Everyone who sends you a dime is your stakeholder and employer.

Another note: 
I love grassroots supporters. 

No matter how much $NATIVE one owns, it means the WORLD to me that you support my work. 

No matter your motives. 

I love grassroots supporters. 

But I despise grassroots whiners.

Are we going to be able to see something working in a year? Two years? Ten years? Fifty years?

If you don’t have a ballpark, all outcomes are possible, including abandoning the project without having committed anything. People want to be excited for you, but you are in service to your supporters.

All I responded with was that I wasn’t sure and that I release things as they’re ready. What’s so wrong with that?

That’s it. I’m in service to my supporters by building. Not by prognosticating. 

And I believe most supporters would agree.
