The tone & delivery of the message is the problem. 

I have no dog in the fight here but I immediately tune out when people 1) complain without offering a solution & 2) aggressively babble like lunatics.
One person’s opinion is subjective to their experience & doesn’t speak for me so I too expect measured delivery.
