I have a semi-retired project on philosophy of work + leisure called The Anticareerist. It began in the late 1990s as a culture change project called "whywork dot org," and focused on critiques of the Puritan work ethic and compulsory employment. It went through multiple iterations and name changes over the years, and even earned a spot in a list of authoritative sources on Wikipedia back in the day. (It appeared on the "anti-work" page, even after I went to great lengths to make it clear that anticareerism was not the same thing as anti-work). Most recently, The Anticareerist was active on Substack until I migrated to @paragraph last year and put it into hibernation. I've received requests to revive it and re-launch on Farcaster. I'm considering it, but am still undecided. Looking for feedback. 1) Does this project sound interesting to you? 2) If it's revived, should it be part of the /slowcore-hq channel, or do you think it calls for starting a new channel? Input welcome from OGs and noobs alike.

I'll dig up the archives of your work on the specifics but off the top of my head... The Anti-careerist seems like an early version of what is currently being termed as The Meaning Economy. The Meaning Economy somehow touches on the gradual move towards post-labor economics.
