I’m surprised each day at how Chinese consumer products have infiltrated the U.S. market through Amazon and similar sites. 30 years ago Asia needed a U.S. counterpart to market their goods (look at Japanese electronics) and we saw a huge “filter” of what made it to American shores. Now it’s just a flood of pretty much any crap American’s can dream of wanting available at less than 24 hours delivery time.

I do wonder how both will fair when things shift. Americans will have a rude awakening realizing they can’t have every whim but the impact on China will also be crushing.
