think the big change is pushing folks to get/stay healthy through non-pharma means instead of pushing a pill for every little thing, no? folks will still have access to drugs if they want/need it afaik

big because that hasn't been the approach for 4 decades or so your cast, as I read it at least, made it appear as if rfk is making a big change in a completely different direction and I wanted to clarify that's not exactly the change as I understand it
