I don’t fully support small scale interventions like you need to have x makeup of employees. But if we see outcomes like x race is more likely to be stopped and frisked, there should be actions to address the disparities. Or this outcome for example. I would like to apply. I won the inaugural NFL playoff bracket and won the blind pickle ball tournament. Also I am currently, 3rd in the NFL bracket and top 20 in the college football playoff bracket. I think my resume speaks for itself.
