There's so many issues we have in our medical system. I'm not surprised to hear about the generalists.

Anecdotally I have heard that there is lobbying preventing generalists from offering services that are within their capabilities and only letting specialists offer them

Unless he gives us Universal Healthcare I don’t see him making much improvement.
