ITAV of my last PT trip down the hall with my walkerā¦ I know Iām getting old, but man, I didnāt think Iād need a walker this early. Recovery continues to go wellā¦ I only used the walker for about a week, and now I have been using a cane for the last week. Hopefully, Iāll be walking without assistance in a few more weeks. My surgeon says 90% recovered in 90 days, so I keep doing the work every day!

I suspect that when all is said and done, and Iām back to that 90% thresholdā¦ Iām probably going to kick myself that I didnāt do this five years ago. My right knee was so bad and it was limiting what I could do. š¤š¼
