A super rare opportunity to photograph the Turn Point Lighthouse from the water on a beautiful day boating on the Puget Sound. This lighthouse built in 1893, and was the turning point for our return to Bellingham that afternoon.

This was an amazing weekend on my buddy’s boat. We anchored near one of the islands and cooked some dinner, had a few beers and slept on the boat.

The next day we cruised to a spot where we could check out fossils on a limestone wall, and then out to this point before heading back to port.

I have been lucky enough to have several, including a friend with a 41’ sailboat in Waikiki when I first arrived in Hawaii back in 2005. It make for great Sunday afternoons sailing, and anchoring off Waikiki Beach.

Ha ha ha… it was a fantastic group of friends to make when I first arrived in Hawaii! 🤙🏼
