It is super rare that I get up to shoot the sunrise, but one of my habits is to chase sunrise at Lanikai Beach on Oahu after flying from NYC to Honolulu, since I wake up at 3-4 AM those first few days home.

Looking forward to seeing what I get next month… this is my best Lanikai Sunrise so far.

Here’s my super rare sunrise shot… I like my sleep, but always take advantage of the jet lag after that JFK to HNL flight to get up early and chase the sunrise.
