I’m always safe… the knee managed a mile hike to the crater rim for photos yesterday, and back out to the rental car. Getting ready for round two!

That’s all I wanted to hear - that you are being safe and cautious and not hurting the healing process by exerting yourself. Have the best time and heal fully.

Ha ha ha… definitely exerting myself, but still hitting my rehab milestones, so I think I’m doing okay.
