I actually find it more difficult to go in the evening. I’m trying to preserve my morning brain power by using that time for work. But, by the end of the day something always gets in the way of evening gym time.

A lot of people say working out in the morning helps their brain function throughout the day too! I just can’t bring myself to wake up earlier than I need to be awake for work (remote worker) 😭 I’d rather just go after
