It might take some time but it sounds like you’re on the right path now :)

For the first few weeks that I signed up on FC, I did whatever "big" accounts asked so there were lots of shitty reply casts and recasting shitty content. It took me while to find users I'm genuinely interested in. Now I find out I've been labled as a spammer. I've been trying to get out of the spam filter. I don't know about this guy I just wanted to say that imo people who reward newcomers for (artificial) engagement are definitely not doing them any favors.

Hey man. `Work` in this context does not mean liking, recasting etc. It an idea for a discord application which helped improved the DAU of the server.
I've run this a lot of times without needing users to do that. 
Just last week, I did something also similar but users complained about the minting being mandatory and I change the mode of gating to this. 

I understand you feel this way. And you don't have to use it. It's cool.
