Paying people for "work" (liking, following, and recasting) is incredibly cringe

Hey man. `Work` in this context does not mean liking, recasting etc. It an idea for a discord application which helped improved the DAU of the server.
I've run this a lot of times without needing users to do that. 
Just last week, I did something also similar but users complained about the minting being mandatory and I change the mode of gating to this. 

I understand you feel this way. And you don't have to use it. It's cool.
