does better ux meaningfully help get awesome to submit themselves?

I think so. We're so used to the prop house UX and all that but it may be confusing/intimidating for someone who is unfamiliar with all that, which didn't occur to me until now.

If these folks are new to Nouns I'd add some more on why they should care. Nouns manage an $XM treasury, have done XYZ cool things, etc

If we need to explain too much they are not the correct person to receive a noun.
