Maybe a noob question, but can someone please tell me what the difference is between transaction ordering and sequencing? And where do preconfs fit?

I'd say transaction ordering and sequencing are pretty close, but the latter also contains selecting what goes into a block at all. Preconfs are (hopefully accountable) promises by the sequencer to include a transaction in a future block.
