My first chicken katsu curry came out nicely! Curry was made from cubes- will try from scratch next time.

This looks absolutely delicious! 🤤 I actually quite enjoy curry in cubes, always pick up a few boxes in Japan, not sure I could make it better myself tbh 🙈

Yes I thought that too! But the cubes I got have some preservatives/oils I prefer to avoid so I’ll have to try my hand at it!
