my routine is actually pretty similar, which makes me feel I’m doing something right here haha. 

also use sonicare since last year, huge game changer. glide is the only floss that works for me. I do have a portable water flosser and a tongue scraper, but I’m always sooo lazy to use them.

mouth wash is a must for me, I use one czech brand without alcohol, and very recently I tried one japanese mouth wash that works like magic but I still need to translate what it contains lol. but I feel it removes stains pretty well.

so yeah, that’s pretty much it. I also think the flossing is probably what’s saving me from cavities tbh. altho I do it as a first step? 👀

switched to an electric toothbrush last year, a philips sonicare, which i use twice a day - in the morning and at night; was skeptical about the change at first but after a year i feel like there's been a noticeable difference in reducing stains?

i had been big on mouthwash (listerine) after each brush, but have stopped recently after reading about some of the ingredients not being so great

finally, after my nighttime brushing, i also do a floss (glide), which i strongly believe is the biggest contributor to myself never having had a cavity yet (knock on wood!)

but i have seen some critiques on glide lately that are making me rethink it and switch to a water flosser, not yet 100% convinced though
