Can anyone breakdown the HSF deal ? Why does Blackstone want it so much ? AI training perhaps ?

People seem to be saying HSF want out and they've missed the opportunity to sell high (not that this amount isn't high!)

This is what prompted the question. It's a bidding war, but I was wondering if the royalties justify the price today or with genAI on the rise, owning rights to songs that can be licensed (to OpenAI, Suno etc.) will make more sense.
