I worked in concerts and I worked on the monetization of music and I like football. Life is not complete without music or without concerts.

Thanks for the in-depth writeup, really interesting to see this develop. Once again, the artists seem to be taking the hit. I think a clearer understanding needs to be portrayed from the off-set. But...do the majority of music listeners care? Unfortunatly I feel not. Superfans, and those invested in music as a lifestyle, yes, but the average fan? Not so sure.
