Day 1 of my zone 2 training. @mw is it normal to keep the same hr the entire time with a constant pace and incline (resistance)? I actually dialed it up a bit at the end because my hr was starting to drop.

I find the same thing when I’m doing steady state training, towards the end I have to dial it up to keep my HR steady. It’s like I’ve finally hit a groove way after my brain is done with the whole thing lol
