Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

Split days, so 4 a week but two days are heavy and two days are light with higher reps. Works for me. I’m playing a ton of tennis working legs and doing cardio all over the place during the week so these are the only consistent things in my schedule
