Any advice on these rows? Too strict or not strict enough? Should I be standing up more before rowing or drop weight to keep level? 195 x 3

I'm not exactly a row expert, but I use less knee hinge with the bar, go upright then slowly drop and lock myself into a sort of rdl. Bar drop is somewhere around my shin below the knee so it hangs at the bottom of the motion. Gives me room to tuck my elbows a bit more rearward on the pull.
