Yeah, I already have protein powder twice a day but double scooping might be my next move. I get so tired of eating so much meat.

double scoop will yield over 50g, two of those a day plus normal meals would do it if you're really pushing the protein numbers

That’s actually a great idea. I do vanilla in my morning matcha/coffee so going for chocolate or something else would change it up a bit for my mid day snack.
