Crazy, really enjoyed some of the early buildspace projects.

Does closing down really make sense tho? ‘$3-5m arr from sponsorships’ surely that + their following + brand held a ton of value even without a prominent ceo. Maybe investors wanted paid back rather than take the risk? (2+ years runway as he says)

Might be a case similar to gumroad - he could have kept it up but rather than focus on the bottom line, being pressured by investors, he decided to close up
