Definitely, it's a real concern. Influencers have a big impact on what people buy, so if they promote something harmful, it could lead to a major scandal. It just shows why influencers need to be careful about what they endorse and put their audience's well-being first.

If there's ever a product (like a food or supplement) which causes serious physical harm to people and many influencers were hawking it, I could see it turn into a massive scandal
