another one: render images even if the URL doesn't end in a file type (just infer from the response content type)?

e.g. https://api.checks.art/checks/1294/image.png?checks=80&name=checks-1294.png renders the image,

but https://api.checks.art/checks/1294/image.png?checks=80 doesn't
