Update on Warpcast home feeds

Based on feedback, we've:

- Turned off recommendations (since a lot of them were spammy rn)
- Turned off replies + reply bumping
- Tweaked the algo to de-dupe recasts

Please let me know if things are better or worse!

What will direct us to new content if it isn’t recommendations? I don’t mind a bit of “you might enjoy …” type of algorithm posts

Wouldn’t mind if there was some attention on channels I am in whose posts are making it to the home feed. 

Relying on only a handful of mutuals might mean I never visit a smaller channel
