I totally get this. My only advice is that when this is happening you gotta take one step back to take two steps forward. When you get 'too close' to chess you start to lose. And losing games is way way easier than winning them. source: a guy who tilted from 1700 to 1500, then when I got my mental under control I went to 1800. You'll get it, don't worry. If you're below 1700 I'm happy to look over your games if you think that'd be helpful. Best of luck.

Yeah I way below 1700 I had this problem when I was around 800 then I overcame and got to 1100 plus now I’m almost back at 900… Now I’m trying to widen my knowledge Seems my knowledge on pawn structure is not really good
