Agree 100%. If you're reading this and you're thinking "What's a thing that I could do that makes everything else in life just a tiny bit better?". The answer to that is meditation, imo. I believe that there is a large amount of people who could benefit first from exercising more, and secondly meditating. Please do these two things. Please please please.

If I had to keep adding to my list it would certainly involve #2. Like most things in life if we do not schedule things, they do not happen consistently. My father is an old man, and he will die. If I see my father once a month for the rest of his life, how many times is that? 60 times? Less? I don't say this to scare you, or even depress you-- I say it so you make it a priority. Remember to actually love your friends and family. You'll be happier for it.
