My 2 cents on the anon thresholds

5,000 to cast is too low

2M to curate / delete is too high

Just sharing my honest opinion to the extent that it is helpful, not to say that it is objectively correct or anything

25K and 250K respectively I’d rec

what are your thoughts on just raising the cost to cast and eliminating the ability to delete?  Feels like a minor type of censorship dont you think? someone finally gets enough anon to cast, some big whale just deletes whevever they dont like?  kinda odd

I like the curation layer. People with more skin in the game able to curate. Without it you end up with a lot of low quality casts poorly reflecting on the account  imo

Yes having  spoke with one of the lead devs on anoncast I am pretty sure a more decentralized appproach to curation is in the works so not rlly worried about that

yeah thats fair. you would think raising the entry bar would organically eliminate the low effort casts.  a very awesome function to the system would be a "up vote or down vote" (similar to reddit) from users with more than "X" anon. that way it goes to a democratic vote as opposed to a dictatorship haha
