The winner of QR auction #64 is… @gtm! He bid $42 to point the QR to songbirdz.cc for the day. Songbirds is an audiovisual NFT project by @dry-tortuga which is bringing birds & their songs onchain. It's really more than just your typical NFT collection. Songbirdz is effectively an onchain bird watching game. Each bird starts as an unidentified species. Anyone can then listen to the bird’s song, identify its species from a list of 5 options, and mint it to their collection if they're correct. The project uses audio from The Cornell Guide to Bird Sounds and images generated with DALL-E 3. There are 10,000 total birds in the wild. I own a bunch of birds personally, which I suppose makes me a pretty decent onchain bird watcher. It’s a fun collection which won a prize in the gaming category of last summer’s onchain summer buildathon. More recently, it’s become available as a mini app. This was a nice bid by @gtm to support a fellow builder on base. Check out the project and collect some birds!
