What was most different about 30-35 vs. 25-30 and how long did they feel subjectively as 5 year periods of life

When I was 30, my youngest brother passed away unexpectedly. The experience resulted in an entirely different set of priorities emerging. That, combined with the blur that was COVID, has made the last five years subjectively feel 2-3x as fast as 25-30 did.
