Coaching a HS basketball team is such a great counterweight to working almost exclusively in the digital world. On the internet, you can influence a lot of people, but it tends to be a smaller impact, and harder to see. As a coach, it's only 15 boys, but the opportunity to be a real positive influence during one of the most impressionable and developmental times in their lives is obvious. Very meaningful.
