just remember whenever you see me cast that i am on my computer not my phone.

i have averaged under 20 minutes per day on my phone for the last 40 days.

i did not i got very busy but the longer it continues the more confidently i'll be able to write about it probably the last week and a half or so i have hardly thought about it all it is really my new normal now

very high last week especially but for most of this time but it is my opinion that computer time is a much more different thing from phone time that it would seem, i feel it make a big diff

I am ready to quit my phone.

My motivation is to improve my effectiveness in, and enjoyment of, life.

I am confident it will be net beneficial to remove my phone as the crutch to which I default my attention in lieu of anything else occupying it in a given moment.
